Prof. Carolina Salvador Morales received her Doctor in Philosophy (D.Phil) in Chemistry and Material Sciences in 2007 under the supervision of Profs. Malcolm L. Green and Robert B. Sim at Oxford University. She was a postdoctoral fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital-Harvard Medical School (2007-2009) and a postdoctoral associate in the laboratory of Prof. Robert Langer at MIT during 2007-2011. She was also a Postdoctoral Kauffman Fellow (2009-2010). She holds B.Sc. in Physics and M.S. in Biochemistry from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and Trinity College, Dublin, respectively. She joined the Department of Bioengineering at George Mason University as Assistant Professor in 2011.
